CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

PowderPals has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

  • Users may not create, upload, share, request, promote, or distribute any content that sexually exploits or abuses children, including CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, or content that facilitates child exploitation.

REPORTING

  • PowderPals provides users with mechanisms to report users, content, messages, and other safety concerns within the app. Every post, answer, profile and conversation can be reported or blocked directly from the app. Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation are reviewed as a priority, and appropriate action may include content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

OUR COMMITMENTS

  • PowderPals will take appropriate action when it becomes aware of CSAM or CSAE on the platform and will comply with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations, including reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate national or regional authorities where required.
